Luxury Event Packages

• Booking is secured once a deposit is paid
• 50% non-refundable deposit required
• Payment plans available with a £50 deposit
• Remaining balance can be split into instalments
• Full balance must be paid before the event.

Late Payments

• if a payment is late without prior discussion, a £10 late fee
  will be applied per day
• Late fees will continue until the outstanding balance is
  cleared
• In some cases, services may need to be cancelled if
  payments remain outstanding

• We usually require 1-2 hours to complete our setups, depending on
  the size and complexity of the project
•  Venue access times may vary, and in some cases access to the venue or location the day before the event may be required, subject to
  availability
• If your venue has time restrictions, please let us know in advance and
  we'll do our best to accommodate
• Outdoor setups require suitable shelter and must be provided prior to our arrival
• Balloons and decor are weather sensitive, and conditions may affect
  the final setup

• ·A damage deposit is required for all hired items
• We kindly ask that setups, props, and hired items are not moved or dismantled
• Items are inspected after collection
• Any damage costs are confirmed following a full assessment

• All payments are non-refundable
• Photos and videos may be taken for marketing purposes
